The responsibilities of the Directors of CEBP include giving firm strategic direction to CEBP, setting overall policy, defining goals and evaluating performance.  Directors use any specific skills, knowledge and experience they have to help the Board of Directors, through advice and guidance, reach sound decisions.

In providing leadership for the Board of Directors the Chair also ensures that the Board fulfils its responsibilities for the governance of CEBP.
