Mock interviews

Mock Interviews are extremely rewarding when it comes to improving interview skills. So say the vast majority of those Croydon students aged 14-18 who have taken part in them.

We are delighted: currently we arrange over 2,500 Mock Interviews per year - they are one of our flagship services.
 
 A set of Mock Interviews usually takes place over either half or a whole day (depending on the number of students). They are conducted by volunteers from our business partners. Students will practise a one-to-one interview for 20 minutes, with another 10 minutes for feedback.

Students and teachers alike have discovered how valuable these sessions can be, offering students the chance to:

• Practise their interview skills with an experienced business volunteer (often from a human resources background)
• Pick up tips on interview technique in the form of feedback
• Gain confidence from their participation with an experienced interviewer
